Paralyzed

Your body is frozen in place.

A paralyzed character has effective Dexterity and Strength scores of 0 and is helpless, but can take purely mental actions. Your senses still function, but only in the areas you can perceive without moving your body, so you can’t search while paralyzed. A space occupied by a paralyzed creature counts as difficult terrain.
