| Body | The Distant War. In a "policing action" that is in actuality a full-blown war the Mandate destroys the armed forces of the Orion Federation and return their colonies to the fold. Though a few colonies still exist outside the influence of the Mandate, this spells the functional end of resistance against the Mandate. |
