You don’t have your wits about you, and you attack wildly.
You are flat-footed and no creature can treat you as an ally. If any creature is within your reach, you must attack a random target within reach. Roll a d6: On 1-3 you do nothing but babble incoherently, while on 4-6 you must take actions to attack the closest creature (pick one at random if multiple creatures are equally close).
If no other creature is detected, on 4-6 you attack yourself.
